You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Ivra Africa Limited immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Niva is an AI-powered cosmetic skincare guide, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Niva does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, prevent, or cure any clinical skin disease, melanoma, severe cystic acne, or dermatological pathology.
All scan results, routine recommendations, and ingredient matches are educational cosmetic opinions. Always consult a qualified board-certified dermatologist or medical physician for medical diagnoses and treatment plans.

Subsequent individual scans and scan bundles are billed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and payable securely via M-Pesa or authorized payment processors.
Expiry & Refunds: Bundle scans are valid for the active duration specified at the time of purchase. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by customer support solely in the event of persistent technical system failure preventing delivery of an analysis.
The Niva marketplace allows users to discover and purchase skincare formulations produced by independent partner brands formulated for melanin-rich skin.
While Ivra Africa Limited vets partner brands for formulation integrity and compatibility with melanin-rich skin, each independent brand is responsible for accurate product manufacturing, packaging, shipment, and returns in accordance with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) guidelines.
All intellectual property rights in the Niva platform, including user interface designs, computer vision models, melanin calibration algorithms, trademarks, and editorial copy, are owned exclusively by Ivra Africa Limited.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Kenya, Ivra Africa Limited disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your cosmetic skincare product choices or your reliance on AI analysis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may terminate your account at any time.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
